Description

Stainless steel vs nickel-plated steel – what’s the difference?  Durability.

Stainless steel: we use heavy-duty 304 stainless in this product providing long term durability and reliability.  This product will last for decades.
Nickel-plate: a less expensive steel covered with a nickel finish.  Durable, but may scratch or chip after a few years of use, especially when exposed to direct flame of a high heat sear.
